This 30-minute high-intensity interval training format uses bodyweight cardiovascular exercises (no equipment needed). Some of the exercises included are squats, jumps, burpees, and plank variations. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. This is a timed interval format so you can perform the exercises at your own pace and intensity.
