Don't be ashamed of being a beginner, be proud because it's fucking awesome that you have the guts to try something new and really learn it. Most people sit around wishing they had done things, or try something new and quit because they suck. Nobody (except prodigies but that's another conversation) decides to try snowboarding is astounding from day 1. 

This is not a commentary on the facility or instructors. I've had a great experience at Snobahn (I've had 8 or 9 lessons, although this video is from my second lesson)! 

Snowboarding is definitely still a boys club so ladies be proud, take up space, keep shredding and talk about yourself like you're a baddie (because you are 🥰)!

This is my first time making my own chorizo, and m This is my first time making my own chorizo, and making breakfast tacos! 

I made the chorizo ahead of time, the rest of this was easy to put together. I used Kirkland's organic guacamole, I love it because it's garlicky (I loooove garlic) and has tomatoes which I don't see often. Usually, I make my own guac but ripe avocados are difficult to find and expensive right now. 

Blue corn tortillas, hash browns, eggs, onions, guacamole, pineapple, and cilantro 😋

OMG OMG OMG it turned out so good!! And this is an easy meal to prep ahead of time and just heat and assemble when you're ready to eat.

Prepping for snowboarding!! Most of the resorts ha Prepping for snowboarding!! Most of the resorts have at least a couple runs open. I'm still working on my c turns and connecting toe to heel transitions. I'm gonna wait until I've had a couple more indoor lessons before hitting the slopes!

The yeti onesie is perfect for practicing on my balance board. Also notice the rainbow twinkle lights and velvet couch. Adulting V hard over here 🤣 *proceeds to eat a bowl of mashed potatoes for dinner*

Speed a snowboarders friend, everything is easier the faster you go. I love these lessons where the instructor makes you go slow, it really builds strength and endurance and let's you hone in on your technique instead of relying on the momentum from speed to do things. 

I'm really glad there's a place like this in Denver, it's 45 minutes from me but still. It's almost opening day and my first day back after breaking my arm last season is gonna be 🔥🙌

Castelvetrano olives, canned tomatoes because they aren't in season but I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor, prosciutto, free range eggs, and Buffalo burrata 😍

Basically the same meal I made last week just without the bread, I don't eat bread often and didn't feel like buying another loaf so soon. Especially since good gluten free bread is so expensive ($9 a loaf for the one I eat but it's local and quality and actually tastes good). 

Making delicious food doesn't have to complicated,  or expensive. The most expensive thing in this dish is the burrata which I bought on sale. Even though burrata is DELICIOUS you could easily leave it off and add an extra egg, or potatoes, or a bed of baby greens. The only thing I had to cook was the eggs, otherwise this dish is just assembly. 

I hope this inspires you to try something new for breakfast!
