The truth is the fitness industry is FAILING women by not understanding their unique needs during and after pregnancy. So much of what women are experiencing is preventable, or at least mitigated, by having access to an experienced team of professionals who know how to help.

85% of women will have a baby at some point in her life, yet the fitness industry continues to see pregnancy and postpartum as a “niche” clientele.

It’s important to work with a coach who is specifically trained to help pre and postnatal women have a safe, happy, healthy, and strong pregnancy and postpartum recovery (even if they had their kids years ago!) and who has a strong understanding of the anatomical, physiological, and psychological changes that occur during pregnancy.
